The MRI-SATA/4CR/R is an effective 4-port SATA controller with on board BIOS and hardware chips for RAID management; capable of stripping, mirroring or both and is optimally balanced for achieving performance for both your system and the host controller.

Its advanced RAID features and powerful performance architecture make it the ideal controller for mid-range database applications, print and file server applications, and vertical applications including web servers, cluster servers, near-line backup and archival, security systems, as well as audio and video streaming applications.
